 PRIVACY POLICY:  SeatSavers.com (hereinafter referred to as SeatSavers) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website and those providing contact information. Our content includes information about our products, photos or video and also provides links to SeatSavers Manufacturing site. While we encourage the interactive nature of our website, we strive to promote the online safety and privacy of our users.   SeatSavers is opposed to unauthorized commercial e-mail delivery, otherwise known as spam. To process your payment, certain standard required information includes address and credit card information. Transactions are secured via SSL encryption and credit card details will never e-mailed. Credit information is not kept on our system in any way.

OPT IN OR OPT OUT: If you "opt in" to receive information from us or others, you can change your mind later. If, at any time, you would like to stop receiving such information or opt out of a feature, you can make this change at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe URL embedded in our material.

GOVERNING LAW:  This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute concerning this Privacy Policy or your use of this site shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Florida within one (1) year from the date that the cause of action arose (or, if multiple cause of actions are involved, from the date that the first cause of action arose), with such arbitration conducted pursuant to the then prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association.
